All adults working with children under eighteen years of age are required by New York State law to report suspected child abuse and neglect. This course will help after-school practitioners learn to identify symptoms of child abuse and neglect and will provide participants with information about the required procedures for reporting abuse. The New York State Certificate of Completion will be issued to all registrants who attend this full three-hour session. Latecomers will not be admitted.
