This workshop will engage principals and after-school program directors in activities and discussions that will provide a deeper understanding of their work and of the opportunities that are possible with greater collaboration.

Workshop activities are designed to encourage a high level of participant involvement and interaction and to provide tools and strategies for ongoing communication and planning.
