Helping After-School Staff Solve Problems and Apply New Skills

Training alone won’t teach staff how to be both problem solvers and learners - people who can make good decisions about instructional strategies, program content, and interactions with children and then modify those choices as students’ needs change. This resource brief explores the ways in which some TASC sites help staff develop these qualities.
