Short Description
The Milton Fisher scholarship opportunity offers up to $20,000 (up to $5000 per year for four years) for exceptionally innovative and creative high school juniors and seniors and college freshmen. Students who have solved artistic, scientific or technical problems in new or unusual ways, or who have come up with distinctive solutions to problems faced by their schools, communities or families are encouraged to apply.
This scholarship is open to Connecticut or New York City residents (who can choose an institution of higher education located anywhere in the
U.S.) or a U.S. student currently attending or planning to attend an educational institution located in Connecticut or New York City. There will be 3-5 awards of up to $20,000 each and financial need will not affect the selection of recipients, though it will influence the amount awarded.
