Support quality after-school for all kids. Give to TASC.

The first nonprofit after-school organization in the nation which set out to build a citywide, K-12 after-school system, TASC is transforming the way after-school is delivered and funded locally, regionally, and nationally. In nine years, our programs have benefited over 250,000 kids and families. But for every kid enrolled in a safe, high quality after-school program, millions more in New York City and across the nation are in need but lack access. Recent studies reveal 36% of all American kids are alone at home after school at least once a week. Sixteen percent (16%) are alone at home three to four days a week after school.

How You Can Help Today

• To become a major supporter and shape TASC’s strategy to advance quality after-school for all kids, contact Rhonda Zapatka, Vice President of Institutional Advancement, at rzapatka@tascorp.org.
• $5,000 sends 5 kids to a high-quality after-school program for one full school year.
• $2,500 allows 20 children to learn to play a musical instrument.
• $1,000 allows 10 children to participate in sports and fitness activities after school.
• $500 buys an entire after-school lending library.
• $150 buys food and supplies for nutrition classes for 20 first-graders for 1 month.
